Picked this up as a "wine on a budget" choice - was expecting more riesling style but the blend was surprising. Very unique taste - more like mineral than oak. Not sweet at all. Opened this as a follow-up to a bottle of Calafia from Casa Pedro Domecq in Ensenada. Matches the Mexican floral notes well.

We had a bottle of this last night and thought it outstanding. It had just the right amout of floral notes and spiciness to pair with an artichoke spread appetizer.

Fabulous! Great bargain too- Alsatians are typically twice this price. Off-dry and minerals will keep you sipping. Very nice with tossed pasta dishes and simple broiled fish...Enjoy!
