"Bold and bright aromas fill the nose followed by a rich mouthful of citrus and
melon which linger on the palate. This is a very crisp and refreshing Sauvignon
Blanc that will pair well with a variety of foods."
- Joy Anderson, Winemaker
Food pairings: Seared scallops, pasta with cream reduction sauce, smoked salmon, panini
I give this one three stars on the basis of taste -- it's a perfectly pleasant light white with little in the way of complexity. It isn't great, but there's nothing at all wrong with it. I certainly prefer it to some expensive, oaky California chardonnay. The fourth star is in appreciation of the low price.
