In addition to its wonderfully fragrant aroma, it's very pleasing on the palate, dry and crisp with a touch of minerality. Layered flavors of wild flower honey, Bartlett pear and tropical fruit flavors pre-dominate with a hint of fresh coconut on the finish. Delicate French oak aging gives added complexity to this refreshing California Chardonnay.
