The 2007 vintage produced fully ripe and flavorful fruit with superb concentration and balance thanks to an extended growing season. Lively on the palate with green apple, stone fruit and light citrus, accented by cream and spice notes from barrel fermentation.
Brilliantly clear color with a light straw yellow hue. The aroma exhibits vibrant notes of pear, green apple, and peach, accented by soft hints of vanilla and clove lifted by Meyer lemon and jasmine. This wine is lively on the palate with green apple and stone fruit, highlighted by delicate layers of cream and spice.
