Our 2006 Shannon Ridge "Lake County" Barbera was harvested from our Family's vineyards in the High Valley appellation in Lake County, California. The grapes went through an extended maceration as well as being fermented with 5% Petite Verdot.

Color: Vibrant Cherry Red
Aroma: Spice to dry gardenia, Interesting earth tones/mineral
Flavor: Candy strawberry, mineral, hints of ripe watermelon Texture: Crisp front with smooth and soft light finish
