Color: Almost translucent, delicate straw gold.
Bouquet: Notably fragrant, complex and persistent; very elegant.
Taste: Fresh, crisp and flavorful, with a naturally assertive and pleasing acidity, complemented by nuances of vanilla derived from the oak aging. This is the only white wine in the Sella & Mosca range to undergo oak aging prior to bottling.
