With a beautiful dark crimson color, this wine is full of blueberry and blackberry compote aromas, with hints of mocha and char. The wine is unusually big in style for a Merlot, but has a silky mouthfeel and inviting black cherry fruit flavors. Unabashedly ripe, with lots of spice, this wine has a black tea and truffle finish. This is the ripest, richest Merlot we've made to date, and it is fabulous with lamb or marinated beef.
