Fleshy and open-knit, with very good depth to the creamy blackcurrant and black raspberry jam flavors. Not a subtle wine by any means, but there's a lively mineral undertone that lends lift and clarity. Finishes with excellent sappy persistence, a pleasantly bitter cherry pit bite and lingering oak spice. This is delicious right now."
