Winemaker's Notes

A fresh Riesling with lean flint and citrus flavors, firm, juicy and pleasing. Light floral and tangerine scents and a touch of sweetness balance the mineral acidity.

Loved it- dry but not TOO dry. It was great with seafood.

I like the Saarstein, but not as much as the sweet Riesling. It has a tart taste and a little more of a bite to it. I'll drink this if there's nothing else I like.
