The 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon is 100% varietal and was aged for 24 months in the finest French Oak barrels. Blended from a variety of root stocks and clones selected from throughout our 50 acre estate vineyard, this is a complex wine elegantly displaying what a Rutherford grown Cabernet Sauvignon should be. Black currant, blackberry and bing cherry aromas are present on the nose, with additional black cherry, and a hint of mocha present on the palate. The finish is all Rutherford, with soft, delicate tannins providing a smooth, lingering finish. A graceful and refined wine.
