The success of this product is due to our grapes, which are softly pressed and carefully controlled during fermentation. The straw-yellow color with greenish reflections emphasizes the quality of the grapes as well as the delicate techniques used in its production. A well rounded wine, beautifully structured, soft on the palate but with a slight suggestion of almond.
This 9 hectares Estate is located 300 metres above the sea level at Coste del Molino in the Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico DOC area. The vineyards are planted exclusively to Verdicchio.
They have clay soils and southern exposures, features which are responsible for the main characteristichs of Sartarelli wines: intense fruit aromas, richness and body on the palate.
