Blend: 65% Corvina, 30% Rondinella, 5% Molinara

Let this wine breathe for a while, then enjoy the earthy/fruity fragrance and easy finish paired with barbequed ribs or pasta. Great with Ghirardelli dark chocolate chips afterwords.

What a smooth wine! Great with pasta dishes or just by itself. I would recommend a more hearty red for steaks, however.
