A blend of grapes from La Rinconada, Sanford & Benedict, and Bien Nacido Vineyards. This crisp, well structured Chardonnay is a good example of Sanford's "house style". The wine has bright tropical fruit notes with underlying minerality. Part barrel fermented and part tank fermented, the oak is in the background and helps to support the fruit rather than overwhelm it.
