"As the name "shiraz" connotes, this is a big, juicy red, after the style of Australia. But a whiff of white flowers and the heady spice contained within give this more of a French accent. In combination, however, the wine reads as Argentine, the size a reflection of the region's generous sun, the flavors reminiscent of the Andean version of garrigue. Beautiful, sophisticated stuff."
