Winemaker's Notes

Color: Pale straw

Aroma: A lifted nose showing aromas of gooseberry, grapefruit and passionfruit with refreshing underlying herbal notes.

Palate: A light-bodied, dry, crisp wine with typical Marlborough flavors of gooseberry, passionfruit, and grapefruit. A pleasing mineral note leads to a long lingering finish.

Food pairings: Best matched with vegetarian cuisine or fresh salads with fish or poultry.

This is a great white wine with the most wonderful aroma I have ever experienced with a white. Very fruity and I couldn't stop drinking it!!

A nice aroma, very much a citrus, very refreshing. It is light, yet crisp, with a nice citrus flair. Definitely a grapefruit punch with a mineral finish. Very clean. We tried this our first time with Greek. An excellent pairing.
