Saint Clair Vicar's Choice Sauvignon Blanc 2006
Sauvignon Blanc
from Marlborough, New Zealand
winemaker's notes:
A light-bodied, dry, crisp wine with classic Marlborough flavours of gooseberry, guava, nettles with a hint of honeysuckle and the fresh acidity of grapefruit. Enjoy with grilled seasonal vegetables, salads or fresh fish.

Just a fantastic example of a NZ sauvignon blanc. None of the harsh tanginess you sometimes get with a CA version but still crisp and compelling. Delicious!

A Customer - Illinois
We recieved this bottle in our monthly shipment. We were so pleased with the crispness of this wine, combined with a slight fruit blend which made it a hit with our chicken dinner. We highly recommend this wine and will be purchasing more in the future.
