Golden color, with a bouquet of ripe fruit, peaches and apricot. The wine is solid, clean and has good balance with the notes characteristic of a perfect Riesling. There is great structure with a little lime and citrus as well as prominent mineral notes from the gray slate and outstanding vineyard site.
Perfect to enjoy as an aperitif or in combination with blue cheeses, or creamy cheeses like fresh goat cheese. An excellent match for terrines, pate, and Asian cuisine as well.
