Lush aromas of apricot, Meyer lemon, ripe green apple and spicy vanilla. A rich, creamy mouthfeel with bright acidity. Complex flavors of green apple, white peach, passionfruit, honeydew
melon and vanilla.
A delicious and versatile wine that pairs well with a wide range of
dishes - fine, rich, steamed or grilled fish, crab and prawns,
grilled veal chops with mushrooms, late summer vegetables such
as red peppers, corn, butternut squash and pumpkin. Goes well
with creamy vegetable soups, or a Cheddar cheese plate.
