I love bubbly, therefore I can be hyper-critical of the stuff (hate certain pricey orange-label ones). But because I love it so, I'm always looking for a value. This sparkling from Italy is WONDERFUL. It's done in the traditional manner (secondary bottle fermentation, resting on lees) therefore the yeasty qualities come through as well as beautiful bubbles and wonderful crisp flavors. I've served this, people asking which Champagne House (always the best question to answer when serving bubbly).
