Winemaker's Notes

The color is a deep crimson with a purple tinge. The nose is fruity, with an obvious sweet American Oak aroma. The palate displays rich, ripe blackcurrant/blackberry flavors enhanced by a slight touch of pepper. Short-term cellaring will see these flavors become more complex.
