Color: This is a deep, richly colored wine - red with purple hues.
Nose: The nose is rich and clear with blackberry, chocolate and characteristic Coonawarra notes of mint. The oak aging adds a hint of coffee and cedar.
Palate: This is a rich, sweet-fruited and full bodied wine. Flavors of blackberry, cherry and raspberry gain complexity from chocolate and mint notes before the long and even finish. Finely textured tannins complete the wine offering great length and style.
