  Excellent Chardonnay - 2/16/2009
I would not buy this wine again
Have tried many Chardonnays but this one stands out from the rest. Nice creamy texture with oak overtones followed by fruity ending. Delicious. Had it with lunch at a restaurant and paid $15 a glass. Worth every penny!

I would not buy this wine again
I found this to be a typical overly oaked California chardonnay that overpowers food and tastebuds, with too high an alcohol content to even enjoy.

I would buy this wine again
I am a lover of bold buttery chardonnays and this one to me is the gold standard! I am always open to trying others but find myself coming back to Rombauer Chardonnay time and time again.
