Winemaker Notes
The medium to full-bodied structure helps to express delectable flavors of dark cherries, strawberries and a slight hint of tea. Lots of soft tannins carry the lush flavors through to a long and lingering finish.
I would prepare a special meal of Marmalade-glazed Ham or a smoked trout pasta to serve with this special wine. -Richard B. Sayre, Winemaker
