The result is a radiant wine. The color, a deep red and violet rose, is matched only by a very perfumed nose. Intense aromas of raspberry-cream, strawberry and rose petal, mix with a delicate balance of the varietals typical pepper notes.

An abundance of bright fruit flavors of cranberry, raspberry and blackberry mingle to make the middle palate round and firm while a hint of white pepper and sage finish long on the palate.

A substantial meat dish like beef tenderloin with goat cheese and mustard sauce or a mix grill of Sonoma sausage will be a delicious match with the Knotty Vine.
