This is a fantastic chianti. I can't imagine a meal that it wouldn't go with. I discovered this wine when I traveled with my family to the resort owned by the same family that makes this wine, called the Riserva Di Fizzano. Interestingly they also make olive oil for the Olive Garden. I would highly recommend this place as much as the wine.
A Customer - new zealand
Duck season started in new zealand on saturday, and this riserva was a perfect match for roast duck.
velvet tannins and a long finish, put big smiles on the faces of my tasting mates. we cant wait to try this wine in another five years
