Lots and lots of drinking went into the study of this wine. We wanted to make a Pinot Blanc that tasted, well... like a Pinot Blanc. So we tasted the California styles... too much like Chardonnay. Then we tasted the Alsatian styles... oooh, thats more like it. We decided that we would make ours clean and refreshing. We succeeded! Bright, clean and yummy. The perfect wine to begin that ambitious/simple dinner youre working on. Only 360 cases of half bottles were produced of this wine.
