Winemaker's Notes

Four separate parcels were fermented by neutral cultured yeasts in stainless steel to capture the juicy fruit flavor, lively texture, and characteristic grassy notes of the varietal.

Critical Acclaim

"Bright and refreshing. A lively mouthful of gooseberry, lime, green apple and pine needle aromas and flavors, lingering easily on the finish. Drink now. 4,500 cases made."
90 Points

"Cool, fine and focused pea-pod bouquet; the palate is lively and certainly varietal, with a touch of tropical generosity to offset the crisp herbaceous edge."
90 Points

Great wine for a afternoon during the summer. It pairs well with salads, breads and some cheeses. It won't overpower you with its presence, but the mouth will feel a bit refreshed after each sip.
