Our Carneros Chardonnays vibrant notes of ripe apple, tropical fruit, pear, cinnamon and citrus are captured from grapes grown in the distinctive terroir of the Carneros District. Barrel-fermentation with native yeasts contributed layers of complexity to the expansive fruit flavors. Hand stirring during barrel aging wove creamy yeast and spicy oak nuances through the wine and enhanced the lingering finish. Crisp and elegant, our Carneros Chardonnay is delicious with a varied array of appetizers, first courses, entrees and creamy cheeses.
