winemaker's notes:
The Ringbolt Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon is bright crimson red with a lovely depth. The nose is quite fine and intense showing berries and Satsuma plum with a fragrant spiciness from deft use of French oak during maturation. The wine is medium bodied with fine velvety tannins giving
structure and length. There is excellent fruit on the palate with flavours of mulberries and plums giving sweetness to the middle palate, then melding with oak notes to a smooth seamless finish.

really, really good. Broke out the bottle last week after a friend stopped by and before we knew it, we'd downed both bottles. Definitely one to stock.
