We have added the following products to your shopping cart from a previous visit:
Red wines that are more fruit-forward and lighter in tannin and body.
Medium bodied reds that go down easy, with smooth tannins and supple fruit.
Wines where earthy and/or spicy dominate the flavors – typically medium to full body.
Full bodied wines that have concentrated fruit and are higher in alcohol and/or tannins. Some need age.
A smooth and elegant Cabernet Sauvignon with aroma of red fruit and black forest berries, chocolate and black plums. Spiced with a hint of Mediterranean herbs such as marjoram, Rosemarie and thyme. With its soft, refined tannins, balanced acidity and long finish this rich and full-bodied wine leaves lingering stone fruits and vanilla flavors on the palate.
Best served with entrecote steak, roast beef, forest mushroom risotto, rich gravy roasts and piquant cheeses.
"The 2007 CABERNET SAUVIGNON RESERVE is pretty much on par with the '06. It opens with oak and a streak of herbaceousness, as did the '06, but it develops beautifully in the glass, the sweet fruit and oak overtaking the streak of green. It adds a layer of depth to the Merlot Reserve, but remains graceful and elegant in the mid-palate, a wine that is easy to drink and quite tasty. It became tastier with air. It will perform best in the short to mid-term, and I thought the tannins resolved a bit faster here than on the '06. Drink now-2017. "

such as money, inexperience and apathy have kept the area from becoming a world-wide wine region. That said,
Israel makes some top-notch...Read More About Israel
(cab-uhr-NAY sow-veeh-yawn) King of Red Many refer to Cabernet Sauvignon as the king of red grapes. Perhaps that title is due to its ability to grow worldwide in a number of climates, or to the fact that it produces wine with such character yet such diversity. Either way, this grape is responsible, as a whole or a partner, for some of the greatest wines in the world. In Bordeaux,...Read More About Cabernet Sauvignon
