The 2007 Zen of Zin was sourced predominantly from Sonoma County with a selection of fruit brought in from several other premium California winegrowing regions. The rich, luscious mouthfeel, deep garnet color, and lofting aromas can be traced back to the enlightening blend of Zinfandel, Petite Sirah, Syrah, and Carignane.
Intended to represent the finest qualities of traditional Zinfandel, the wine is ripe and spicy with blackberry jam, chocolate, and toffee flavors. The nose is full of vanilla, plum, and spice. And as the perfect Zinfandel for those seeking something a little different, share a little Zen with prime rib, roast chicken, and laughter. Always laughter.
Blend: 84.5% Zinfandel, 8.5% Petite Sirah,
4 % Syrah, 3% Carignane
