Bordeaux-like in style, yet displaying distinctly California fruit, this classic Cabernet Sauvignon is characterized by deep aromas of fruit, smoke, vanillin and mint, which lead seamlessly into flavors of black cherry, bittersweet cocoa, fine herbs and a touch of spice. The texture is smooth with well-integrated acids and tannins, making an enjoyable experience to drink even as a young wine, yet with the potential to evolve the complexities of a mature wine over the next decade or so.

One of the best Cabernet Sauvignon I've ever had. It's so smooth and so much flavor after taste. I am not a big fan of Cabernet Sauvignon. But I like Ravenswood 1998 Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon. It could be the only Cabernet Sauvignon I ever like. For those of you who like Cabernet Sauvignon should give it a try. ;-)
