Our Alsatian inspired Pinot Gris matches a classic oily richness on the palate with a racy acidity in the finish, making the wine extremely well balanced and versatile to pair with food. It displays heady aromas and flavors of tangerine, peach, sweet vanilla and cream accented by floral notes of honeysuckle and jasmine.
Pair this wine's richness with sautéed scallops, soft-shell crabs, lobster, foie gras or highlight its crisp elegance with linguini and fresh clams or al pesto.
