Rancho Zabaco Dry Creek Zinfandel 2003
Zinfandel
from Sonoma County, California
winemaker's notes:
If you're big Into Zin! This is a classic, boldly styled Zinfandel, and is not for the faint of heart.
The Rancho Zabaco Dry Creek Valley Zinfandel is big and chewy with concentrated, explosive blackberry and boysenberry fruit flavors framed with spicy oak. For the ultimate "Zin-Fan", this wine is complete with huge black pepper spice and an impressive structure that carries it to a full finish. This Zin tames seasoned and grilled meats, while beef, lamb and heartier pork dishes provide the perfect match.
"A brisk and delicious Dry Creek zin, this balances young-vine suppleness and brightness with old-vine spice (20 percent comes from 60-year-old vines). It tastes beautifully ripe, the dense richness grown from healthy grapes. Enjoy its freshness with smoked baby back ribs."

This is a first choise for a Table or regular Dinner wine. It exceeds any other on the market for taste, and that all importain aftertaste. I give it my personal seal of excellence.

This is a go-to wine. Very easy to drink and enjoy. I know I can take this wine to any get-together and even non-wine drinkers will like this wine. Usually no headache after the bottle. There is a reason most restaurants have Rancho Zabaco on the wine list!!
