This wine is immediately approachable with lively raspberry and black pepper fruit. Our Dancing Bull Zinfandel has hints of black pepper and soft, supple tannins. An extremely versatile and approachable wine that pairs well with marinara sauce, grilled chicken or barbecue beef. With its bright, vibrant fruit flavors and zesty personality, this wine can go with just about any dish!
A blend of grapes from California's Zinfandel appellations: Lodi, Sonoma, and the North and Central Coast.

While visiting from Elburn,Il, my son-in-law introduced me to this at a local restaurant.. It is now my favorite everyday and anyday wine. Replaces merlot and pinot noir for before the meal drinks!!!!!! But not to be missed with beef, pork, etc…

Was introduced to Rancho Zabaco 2000 Dancing Bull Zinfandel at Aqua Restaurant on Route 206 North, Somerville, NJ, at $28.00 a bottle and liked it so much with dinner, I had to locate the wine for dinner at home...A surprisingly light but hearty tasting wine...goes with fish, pasta, steak, veal, lamb or pork. Well worth buying a case !!
