The Godello taste is one that can be quickly acquired. I don't have the vocabulary to decribe it; maybe funky fruit. But dry and crisp. Just not your customary pinot grigio or chardonnay or any other white grapes. Highly recommended for a new experience but your guests might think you were serving them something weird.
