Bitch Bubbly (or should it be Bubbly Bitch)? wine is not quite what I expected. I like the labels (and the wine) these guys are putting out, so I was expecting a more classic sparkling rose'...instead it's kind of like 'grandma's wine'. A tad sweet. Sparkling blush is what it is--but that's okay! no off-flavors, really pretty aromas of fresh strawberries and raspberries...palate is clean and refreshing. Just sweeter than I tend to like in my bubbles, personally. Still very fun--great wine for any kind of girly function--bridal shower et al.
