Winemaker Notes
Good, clean, sound fruit was hand picked from Ponzi Estate and Aurora Vineyards and blended with grapes from Raven, Lark, and Linda Vista Vineyards. The wine was fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks, not exceeding 50 degrees F. Malolactic fermentation occured naturally. The wines were lightly filtered just before bottling.
