Those of you that have read my other reviews know that I have a special passion for expensive champagne and premium domestic sparklers. Unfortunatly my wallet doesn't always agree with my expensive tastes and I need to find something good and affordable. This is the one, it's a value for the price. Yes it costs a little more than the cheaper Cava's but the quality is much better. You know the saying, you get what you pay for! I love this cava for large family gatherings or parties when I need several bottles. I also use it for Mimosas X-Mas morning. Note that I gave it 5 stars because of its value for the dollar.
