Winemaker's Notes

85% Tempranillo, 15% Monastrell
Purple red in color with notes of earth and spice on the nose. The palate is medium bodied with rich black berries and meaty characteristics. An easy drinking, everyday red that is made for food. Enjoy with meats and cheeses, chicken, pasta, stews and meat casseroles.

A spicy house red at a very affordable price, Pipon Tempranillo/Monastrell 2007 is a bit too harsh on the palate.
