At Piper-Heidsieck, we harvest and vinify separately the wines from 50 carefully selected vineyards, known as crus, including the red wine of Champagne. It is this technique which enables Piper-Heidsieck BRUT ROSE to develop its delicious aroma of summer berries and its distinctive rosé appearance. This well rounded, full-bodied and fresh champagne is characterised by a generous and exuberant finale. A charming wine with magical, delicate accents. Young and fresh, it also gives an impression of gentleness and serenity. Refinement at its most supreme.
Blending: Brut Rose is an assemblage of 50 growths blended in the same way as cuvée Brut. Then a small proportion of red wine from the Champagne region is added to give the wine its colour and fruity flavour... A perfect balance is achieved over the course of slow ageing in Piper-Heidsiecks chalk cellars.
