A very classic Barbaresco, elegant with ripe and
spicy fruit, great depth and complexity. The mild
and ripe tannins provide this wine with gentleness
and finesse, but also strength and opulence. Very
long ageing potential. 100% Nebbiolo.
"This is racy and detailed, showing raspberry, cherry, floral and oak spice aromas and flavors. Taut and well-structured, with a lingering aftertaste of sweet fruit, spice and mineral. Best from 2014 through 2027. 500 cases imported."
"The 2007 Barbaresco is a gorgeous, inviting wine graced with exquisite dark fruit and a supple personality. Fine tannins frame the fruit through to the finish. The Barbaresco is already quite open and accessible, but the tannins remain a touch firm and there is enough freshness in the glass to suggest the wine will be even better in another year or two. This is a very typical 2007. Anticipated maturity: 2015-2022."

long been the honored red grape of Northern Italy...Read More About Nebbiolo
