Brilliant straw yellow, greenish hues; ample, delicate nose of almond and cherry blossoms, elderberries and lilies of the valley; complex and structured on the palate, with good acidity, silky texture, almondy finish.

At once dense and lively on the palate, with vibrant citrus, apple, pear and tangerine flavors that last impressively on the back end; this reminded me of walking through an orchard. Excellent focus for an entry-level Soave. One of the two best base Soaves of 2010; in fact, this is one of the finest I've tasted from Pieropan in quite some time.
