Pewsey Vale Eden Valley Riesling 2003 is an intensely flavoured wine. Pale straw in colour with lively green hues and a nose displaying aromas of intense citrus fruit, lots of limes and lemon zest, with an overlaying hint of rosemary and spice. The palate shows great length and depth with lime and lemon flavours, finishing with a refreshing natural acidity which balances the flavour intensity.
