This wine might just make Riesling replace Chardonnay as my favorite. Paired with grilled tuna, marinated with a sesame-ginger sauce.
We had this wine with quail and rice. We normally aren't riesling people, preferring Pinot's or Cabs over Whites. Good flavor, nice crispness and not that sweet( which is probably why we liked it.)
