Australia has significant plantings of this red grape variety and in less than 200 hundred years has built an enviable reputation for quality Shiraz wines. The wines show blackberry, mulberry, plum, as well as spicy characters. Our Shiraz wines are rich and full bodied with intense flavour but soft and mellow on the palate.

It definitely needs to breathe for a little while. But after that's done, it's great. It's plummy with a spiced finish. There are hints of other berries and bursts with flavor... Highly recommended...
