Winemaker's Notes

Deep black center with a dark red rim. Soft aromas of violets, black currants and chocolate notes. A softly textured Cabernet with good fruit flavors beautifully balanced by the fine-grained tannins and the subtle undertones of fully integrated oak. Drinking splendidly now, it can be cellared for a further 5 plus years.

"Inky ruby. Red- and blackcurrant, cherry, dark chocolate and camphor on the nose, along with a spicy hint of cracked pepper. Soft and sweet, with a supple texture and ripe red berry and cherry flavors accompanied by vanilla and mocha."
