This cabernet is a dense red/black color in the glass. The bouquet reveals beautifully integrated complex characters of minty cassis, violets and French oak overtones. On the palate it's a classical Barossa Cabernet with excellent fruit, a rich middle palate, structural finesse and a firm tannin finish. Excellent cellaring potential and will continue to improve in the bottle for 5 -10 years, if stored in a dark, cool place.
