Perrier-Jouet's most famous champagne is its Prestige Cuvee, Fleur de Champagne, ensconced in the Emile Galle designed "flower" bottle that pays tribute to the Belle Époque era.
Perrier-Jouet launched its famous "flower bottle" in 1969, with an arabesque design of anemones. Since then, it has been one of the world's most celebrated Champagnes - light bodied and distinctive. Aromas of fresh pineapple and white florals warm into complex scents of pear. The bead is intense and effervescent.
"Lightly floral aromas of green apple, ginger, white bread and honey. Creamy flavors of baked apple, butter and pilsner beer show a nicely maturing disposition. Frothy, yeasty close."

The Wine News
"Ripe, full, and just hinting at maturity, this remains P-J's flagship Champagne. It's poised, elegant and fresh, with signs of nuttiness. A vibrant, joyful wine, it continues to live up to its exuberant bottle."

Wine Enthusiast
"A youthful 1998, this has dusty scents of limestone along with firm golden apple and white peach flavors. Prominent acidity keeps it compact and racy, a mouthwatering wine for Nantucket Bay scallops."
