The 2005 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon captures the distinctive fruit characters of a
powerful, yet elegant, Coonawarra Cabernet. The nose expresses a striking, dark berry
richness with abundant notes of cherry, black currant, spice, and smoky oak. On the
rich, muscular palate, layers of cassis, smoke and chocolate harmonize with supple
tannin and acidity. This wine will gain further complexity with time in the bottle.
